# Quên mật khẩu

Trường hợp quên mật khẩu, Học viên/Sinh viên dùng chức năng quên mật khẩu của hệ thống và điền thông tin cá nhân  (điện thoại hoặc email cá nhân) đã thiết lập trước đây&#x20;

Kiểm tra email cá nhân hoặc điện thoại nếu dùng phương thức xác thực qua điện thoạthoại. Lưu ý:  email cá,  nhân  số điện thoại này phải được thiết lập trong tài khoản trước đây

Sau đó tiến hành nhập mật khẩu mới.
