# Quên mật khẩu

Trường hợp quên mật khẩu lms3 thì Sinh viên/Học viên sử dụng chức năng forgot password qua email công vụ (@sv.ufl.udn.vn) theo hướng dẫn sau:

Bước 01: Truy cập vào link <https://lms3.ufl.udn.vn/login/forgot_password.php>

Bước 02: Điền địa chỉ email công vụ (@sv.ufl.udn.vn)&#x20;

Bước 03: Truy cập địa chỉ <https://outlook.office365.com/> , mở email công vụ để  kiểm tra hộp thư inbox&#x20;

Copy liên kết như trên hình minh họa, mở tab mới trên trình duyệt web để tự thực hiện việc nhập lại mật khẩu mới
