# Hướng dẫn Báo nghỉ, Báo bù, Đăng ký nghỉ

<p align="center">HƯỚNG DẪN ĐĂNG KÝ DẠY BÙ, DẠY THAY, ĐĂNG KÝ NGHỈ</p>

#### I.  Đăng ký dạy bù, dạy thay

a.  Mục đích

\-  Chức năng này giúp Giảng viên đăng ký dạy bù, dạy thay, đăng ký nghỉ trên cổng thông tin Lịch giảng của Nhà trường.

b. Thao tác

**BƯỚC 1:**&#x20;

Đăng nhập vào trang: [<mark style="color:$primary;">**https://nhapdiem.ufl.udn.vn**</mark>](https://nhapdiem.ufl.udn.vn/)

Chọn menu “Giảng viên” v*à chọn “Đăng ký dạy bù, dạy thay”*

**BƯỚC 2:**&#x20;

Chọn Đăng ký, chọn Dạy bù / Dạy thay / Đăng ký nghỉ&#x20;

**BƯỚC 3:**

***1.  Đăng ký nghỉ***

B1: Chọn *Lớp tín chỉ* muốn đăng ký nghỉ

B2: Chọn *Ngày dạy muốn đăng* ký *nghỉ -> Tiết và số tiết sẽ hiển thị lên thông tin*

B3: Nhập lý do vào *ô Lý do*

***2.   Dạy bù***

B1: Chọn *Lớp tín chỉ* muốn đăng ký dạy bù

B2: Chọn *Ngày dạy* lớp tín chỉ đó *-> Tiết và số tiết sẽ hiển thị lên thông tin*

B3: Chọn *Ngày đăng ký dạy bù* cho lớp tín chỉ vừa chọn

B4: Chọn *Phòng đăng ký dạy bù* cho lớp tín chỉ vừa chọn

B5: Nhập lý do vào *ô Lý do*

B6: Ấn Lưu

***3.   Dạy thay***

B1: Chọn *Lớp tín chỉ* muốn đăng ký dạy thay

B2: Chọn *Ngày dạy* lớp tín chỉ đó

B3: Chọn *Giảng viên dạy thay* cho lớp tín chỉ vừa chọn

B4: Nhập lý do vào *ô Lý do*

B5: Ấn Lưu

**BƯỚC 4:** Kiểm tra kết quả đăng ký

Trạng thái đăng ký sẽ được các đơn vị (Khoa/Phòng Đào tạo) kiểm tra và phê duyệt. Kết quả phê   duyệt sẽ được hiển thị thêm tại khu vực thông báo cá nhân (góc phải trên cùng).&#x20;
