# Cấu hình nhận email hệ thống

Để nhận thư từ phần mềm quản trị không vào thư mục rác (spam), các bạn sinh viên/học viên làm theo các bước hướng dẫn sau:

**Bước 01:** Mở trình duyệt webrowser, đăng nhập  email sinh viên tại địa chỉ: [<mark style="color:blue;">https://outlook.office.com</mark>](https://outlook.office.com)

**Bước 02:** Tìm đến trang quản lý thông tin liên hệ (Contacts) theo đường dẫn: [<mark style="color:blue;">https://outlook.office365.com/people/</mark>](https://outlook.office365.com/people/)&#x20;

**Bước 03:** Tải file thông tin bên dưới   về máy tính.&#x20;

**BƯớc 04:** Cập nhật (Imports) thông tin liên hệ đã tải ở bước 03 lên Email sinh viên:
