# Chương VIII TỔ CHỨC THỰC HIỆN

## Điều 31: Công tác phối hợp

1\.     Các đơn vị phòng, khoa, tổ bộ môn và các cán bộ, viên chức trong toàn trường căn cứ chức năng, nhiệm vụ của đơn vị và quyền hạn, trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ được nêu trong Quy định này để tổ chức tốt hoạt động thi kết thúc học phần cho sinh viên hệ chính quy đào tạo theo hệ thống tín chỉ.

2\.     Trong trường hợp phát sinh công việc và vướng mắc ngoài Quy định, các tập thể và cá nhân có liên quan cùng phối hợp, bàn bạc và đề xuất kịp thời phương án giải quyết để không ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch và việc thực hiện tổ chức thi.

## Điều 32: Hiệu lực thi hành

1\.     Quy định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký, và thay thế cho Quy định tạm thời về việc tổ chức thi kết thúc học phần được ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 908/QĐ-ĐHNN ngày 08/9/2017 của Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ-Đại học Đà Nẵng.
