# Chương VI ĐIỀU KHOẢN THI HÀNH

Điều 24. Hiệu lực thi hành

Quy định này gồm 06 Chương, 25 Điều, có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký.

Trong quá trình thực hiện, Quy định này có thể được sửa đổi, bổ sung cho phù hợp với hoạt động thực tiễn trong ĐHĐN hoặc theo sự sửa đổi và bổ sung của các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật có liên quan đến hoạt động sinh viên NCKH.

Điều 25. Trách nhiệm thi hành

Hiệu trưởng các trường đại học thành viên, Thủ trưởng các đơn vị thuộc và trực thuộc ĐHĐN và các tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quy định này.
